I can’t tell you how excited I get when a bride brings in a floor length veil to her boudoir shoot. There’s something about the texture and movement of it that inspires me. If you don’t have one (or don’t want to risk wearing it before the wedding), ask around. You’d be surprised how many of your friends have their used veil hanging in a closet.

If you have an extra special pair of heels you’re planning to wear to the wedding, bring them along to your boudoir session. You’ll hardly get to show off your wedding shoes on the day itself, so why not show them off?

Did your partner gift you a special necklace? Wear it! If you own a piece of jewelry that’s special to you for any reason, consider wearing that piece in your photos.

This may be the obvious sounding choice, but light and airy lingerie will always portray a classic bridal look. The neutral palette paired with soft and sheer textures will exude romance.
